I've never checked out the Maintainers section before because I still have so far to go till I'm a "maintainer". I just discovered it and, if you haven't already visited, I highly recommend you check out the "best of" thread:

I've been checking out maintainers for a long time, they are such a great bunch of sensible people, who really know their stuff. I think the great thing about 3FC is that people like Meg and Mel (and countless others) are so generous with their time and expertise, and never mind helping out in times of stress!

I adore 3FC and have learnt so much in my year here, I doubt I would still be sticking with it if I hadn't found you guys!

I want to emphasize that everyone is welcome at Maintainers, to post as well as to read. After all, no matter where you may be in your weight loss journey, we all have the same goal -- to KEEP the weight off for life!
