Default Desk Excercise

What kind of excercise equipment can you get to excercise while sitting and working on a computer, preferably simultaniously.

Yeah I don't know of any equipment either....but you can get up every once in a while and take the long way to the bathroom or just walk to halls for a few minutes....at least you are moving...I work at a desk all day long too but I walk the stairs and take the long way around my office...

Talking

LOL. I actually have an active job. It's when i get home and want to use a computer (which I don't get to use at work) that I would like something fairly inexpensive. I was just hoping someone knew of something they had or used. I know one person said something about a balancing disk, but I haven't figured out that and a desk yet.

I found a mini peddler for cheap (similar to the one walmart has online) but I'm doubting that it has any resistance. I don't know if it would do any good. I can't afford the powered one.

Lightbulb

I was looking at 20 range. I try not to spend too much on fitness stuff because I might not stick with it. Bad attitude, I know. Because you said that though, I went back and looked and it does have a tension knob!!

Now, anybody have another product that's fun and cheap?

I didnt think of this till this morning but how about the thigh master that suzzanne summers had a long time ago. I still have it although i hadnt used it in a while...its that thing you put between your thighs and squeeze together, it may not burn so many calories but it will definitely tone up those thighs they can be found on ebay for about 10 bucks!

When I get on my ball, the baby jumps on me. I'm gonna have to get his own and get mine back out.
