Default A pound gone

Oh what joy after going out, having two baileys, a packet of pickled onion monster munch and some after eights after the pub the scales are showing a loss of a pound. I am delighted so I am now ten stone nine pounds. Mind you I did work very hard at the gym yesterday.

Doesn't it spur you on when the scales move down. I am just so chuffed. How are you all doing?

SW 14 stone 10lbs
CW 10 stone 9 lbs
GW 9 stone 7 lb

Have a lovely Sunday everyone

A big yay for every pound! I'd be very very happy to lose 1 this week (although I did also have a little Baileys last night...)

Well done Michelle!!!! yay you!!!!

Baileys and wine Ms YP!!! I want to go on the YP diet, lots of running, healthy food and the odd wine and Baileys, that sounds very marketable to me, we'll be rich, won't have to work anymore and can just travel the world going to running events!!!!

It's amazing what running will burn off I still eat mainly healthy stuff, but I never count or worry about a bit of alcohol or chocolate. It's fuel...

I'm very hungry today after the long run, just making my chicken and spinach to try to get rid of the hunger pangs.
