Default Wendys Plan and 6 week maintenance?
Hi all.I have 27 more pounds left to goal and am wondering about the 6 week maintenance with the Wendys plan.Has anyone gotten that far with this plan?My leader said she gives an extra 4 points a day when maintaining.So would I go by the 24 points a day OR Wendys plan the weight I am at?Wouldnt I keep loosing doing the Wendys plan?I dont want to be too stixs..lol

maintance pts are diff for everyone some ppl get 68 per week vs 35.....

I would go by what your leader gives you since the maintenance plan for WW is geared for the WW point system plan and not the Wendy plan.

Andreaphillip3 is right - the points you get for maintenance vary from person to person.

Great job on your loss so far. Did you lose that on the Wendie plan? I was planning on trying it!

Yeah I lost half of it on the wendys plan.10 Weeks on Wendys plan and 10 on straight ww.

Thansk for the info girls.I wasnt sure cuz the Wendys plan never mentioned anything about it

That is because the Wendie plan is something that a WW member made up for herself and it is not an official WW plan.
