I was wondering if i should count what i do at work as an activity. I am on my feet pushing a water machine for plants all day for like 6 hours. At every plant i either stretch up to reach or kneel down to work on it. What would it be condidered? Walking at a slow pace or what? Can anyone please help me?

I definately think you could count it as slow pace walking. Say 3km per hour.

If you set your activity level at moderately active because you work physically, and then add your work ... it's kinda like double dipping.

We all have to fool with fitday a bit to make it representative of reality.

This is info I got from DietPower (the program I use to keep track) -- if it's something you do everyday, you can't count it (I guess like chasing a toddler around all day)

Any truth to that?
