OK, I've lurked, watched, read others posts and now I'm ready to jump in with both feet. It will help so much to talk to others on WW.
This is my 2nd try since Jan 2005. I did well last year and then just stopped counting, journaling and drinking the water. I've learned it takes all of this to do it right and make it work.
I lost about 20 #'s last year and after the holidays made myself weigh again to find I'd gained back 10 #'s. Getting a grip before it gets out of control and going for my final goal which I did not reach last year.
I've been OP for about 10 days now. When I'm good I'm very, very good. Tend to obsess and have tunnel vision. It's good and bad. When I wander I really wander. This has to be for life and I want to be smart this time. Slow and steady.
