Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda, banana cooked in (I have a taste for a banana muffin!)
I started out ok but then had my pre-test meldown. I'm hoping the fact that I have to fast tomorrow will help.
Lunch: Plain bagel toasted with lowfat cream cheese, Core cornmeal chicken thigh
Snack: Hot tea made with skim and splenda and 2 Natural Ovens cookies
Dinner: Crushed tomato with cornmeal crust pizza with fresh garlic and mushrooms
Snack: Whole Grain/Multigrain toast with smart balance (this will be eaten right before I got to bed)
