Default ? about oil requirement

Hi. In order to meet the oil requirement, I've been using olive oil to stir-fry my veggies. Before joining WW, I used water.

Anyway, how many points should I count? The veggies are 0 points without the oil. Should I count it as 4 points? The book says oil is 4 points. Anyway,I guess my concern is the # of points are so high and I can think of so many other things I could do with the four points. ... Like RF Peanut Butter.

Thanks.

Ok 1 tsp is 1 point, 1 tbsp is 4 points.

So if you use a full tablespoon to do your stirfy divide that by how many servings of veggies you have. If you have 2 servings you have 2 points, if you have 3 servings you have 1 point, if you have 1 serving you have 4 points.

You don't need a lot of oil to stirfry veggies in. If you are making 2-3 cups of veggies 1 tsp to 2 tsp is all you need.

Remember the requirement for healthy oil is 2 tsp a day per the FDA/USDA and W/W.
