Have you had a look back? we've had a few threads about grocery lists. I always find them enlightening.
im in the same boat you are. I just joined and am not counting points but i figured if we (my hubby and i) Cut down our portions and eat healthy meals and i exercise i can get rid of this weight! Maybe we can do it together! Let me know what recipes you find and ill update you on the ones i find.

Dinners? Chicken. Boneless-skinless chicken breasts. Very versatile. One night you can bake them in BBQ sauce, another night you can put a light coating on them and oven-fry them, you can cut them up and put them into stir-frys, grill them and cut them into strips to put on salads, make grilled chicken sandwiches, bake them with canned pineapple for sort of a 'Hawaiian'-type meal, etc etc etc. There are sooo many things you can do with chicken
Another way I love to bake chicken is to dump a can of reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup over them. Or even cream of chicken. Whatever your favorite cream soup is, it will work.
