Talking Fabulous Friday Fressing Menu - Jan 6

Here goes!

Breakfast: oatmeal, decaf w/light cream, probiotic yogurt

Lunch: BIG tossed salad (romaine, tomato, radish, carrots, red onion, cucumber) w/LO cooked chicken breast chunks, lemon garlic olive oil dressing
fresh red cherries (can you believe they were on sale for $2.99/lb?? - cherries in the winter!!!)

Snack: apple and tea

Dinner:? Well no leftovers leftover? hmm - actually need to defrost something? or come up with some fabulous dinner idea? Guess there is always whole wheat pasta and sauce if all else fails!

Frouf

P.S. Before you ask: fressing is a jewish word - rough translation: stuffing your face!
