Nothing during the day except for protein shakes. Dinner will be fish cooked in foil packets with zucchini, onion and carrots, and a big salad with olive oil and lemon juice dressing.

Dinner: Springmix salad with red onion, black olives and balsamic vinegar and olive oil; NY Strip Steak, ww angel hair with marinara, fresh broccoli (smart balance (points). We're going to our favorite Italian restaurant that serves lots of Core options. I won't be eating the FREE garlic bread.
