Okay, so I have been ceating on my diet and not working out enough. Well, times are changing and with a little hard work, so will I. My resoltuion this year is to take better care of myself. My DH just got a great new job and we are both approaching this year as a chance to make some big changes within ourselves. My body is one of them. I am thrilled to be back posting and look out because I cann post a LOT!
