I was going to do it on New Year's day, but I know myself all too well...if I wait until then I'll spend the next few days stuffing my face, completely convinced that it's okay because I just have to get it in while I can. I need to stop with the leftover ham and potatoes, Christmas candy, and various other treats NOW. I could really use support from you lovely ladies the next few days as everyone else continues to chow down!
You've got my support. I switched to phase 1 on Monday the 26th so we'll be on it the same time for the most part. Do you have your menu all planned? I bought fudgesicles and SF jello so I'd have something good when my son ate his pudding and fruit at night.
I don't have the menu planned yet since I just decided today to start again. I'm going to try to get my mom on board (she wants to do phase 1 again, but I don't know if she'll do it so soon) and hopefully we'll take a shopping trip for some essentials.
