Default Corned Beef Ideas?

I know it's not the healthiest thing, but I have a corned beef brisket that I need to cook, and I'm looking for decent side dishes to go along with it (I really don't like cabbage). Any ideas?

Maybe some kind of rice pilaf? I know it sounds weird, but my roomate used to eat corned beef hash and rice for meals.

That's the only thing I can come up with at the moment!

Well, my favorite thing is New England Boiled Dinner. You boil the corned beef with cabbage, potatoes and carrots. You said you didn't like cabbage, so just leave it out

How about rueben sandwiches? I make them with lean corned beef, a tablespoon of reduced calorie 1000 Island dressing, and about 1/2 and ounce of swiss cheese and saurkraut. I make them on dark pumpernickel rye bread. I grill them but without butter.
