I am here, have just been busy and been meaning to sit down and post so here I am. Just had to decide to sit my butt on the chair at the computer and do it.
Gosh this is wonderful with all our newbies we now have. I love it so much.
sweet tooth-Hi there, I sure missed you and am glad you are back again. I know how you feel about getting it together when your Mom died. When my Mom died, I felt so very lost. It sounds like you have a good handle on your weight and I am sure you did not gain too much, you are so good at getting back to where you were. Come January you will be looking so wonderful in that dress for the wedding.
CJ-Sorry about your computer virus, that really makes things hard when that happens. That has happened to us quite a few times, we lose everything and Ken plays heck trying to fix things as best he can.
Mel/Allensmom-Hi and a big warm welcome to our great group. You son is a real cutie. I too have a son names Alan, spelled differently, but mine is all grown up, 22 and in the Air Force, stationed in California. I have 4 kids, 2 girls and 2 boys. Alan is our youngest. Happy 1st wedding Anniversary, today is our 30th. Don't worry about what you ate, it was a special occasion, but anytime is a special occasion for me when it involves food. How did your cookie exchange go? Great job on the weight loss too.
Sylvia-Hey therer girlfriend, long time no see. So you are going to join Weight Watchers? That is great we can be WW buddies. I love that program, it is so easy and can be a lifestyle change I can live with. I hear you on the no time during the holidays, I have not done too much, I am NEVER ready for the holidays that's for sure. Give that cute little Nico a big kiss for me.
Gonnaloseitagain-Gosh Dee, I sure hope those meds help you and you have much more energy. Don't ever give up on your weight loss, you have the perfect frame of mind to get where you want to be. You losing, no matter if slow or fast, you will still get to where you want to go I just know it.
teahoney/Tracey-Way to go on the 5 lbs lost, I'll bet you are feeling fabulous and look it too. You are doing so well. Hope your daughter is doing much better and that cold is a thing of the past.
brandy-I too go to Curves every change I get, I love going there, I feel so great when I leave there, like I have accomplished something positive. I sure hope you feel better by now, it is no fun trying to do your exercise when you are coughing you head off. How have things been going with your daughter? I went throught that with my 2, now both in their late 20's, yes daughters are fun, but we sure do love them don't we? We now have such a wonderful relationship, believe me it will get better and change with time.
gonnabe150/Stacie-Oh so sorry about your sinus, I get that way sometimes and it is sure no fun feeling like that. I guess quite a few of us are getting sick. I guess it is the time of season, but darn it all, WHY!!!!!
Alison/Mazarin-How are you doing? Hanging in there like I am trying to do? Your holiday in Sweden sounds like you had a great time. I went online and looked at your pictures, they looked great. What beautiful sights to behold. Thank you so much for sharing that with us. You are a really cute lady I thought. It was great to see your picture.

Well guys, better get off here and post this finally. Today was Ken and my 30th anniversary, didn't celebrate yet, but Ken and I are going to Tennessee on Friday for 4 days. We are going to Gatlinburg, maybe Knoxville and Nashville as well and play things by ear as to where we go and what we do. I can't wait for our getaway, I am getting excited.
