Hi everyone!
My name is Lisa and I'm 32. I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm trying (yet again) to lose those extra pounds. I lost about 50 pounds, only to gain it back within like 7 months. It took me about 1 1/2 years to take it off in the first place too.
I'm not on any type of traditional diet, just cutting back, watching what I eat, cutting out water and sweets and hitting the gym.
I've lost about 3 pounds so far and counting. I've been trying to go to the gym every day. I've finally gotten used to the spinning class and I have a treadmill at home.
I would love to hear from anyone and make new friends.
