here is an updated picture iv only lost 4lb since the other 1 but its still 4lb less im happy with this

I think the one in my signature is now uptodate!

I am only 4lb off my original goal, but now I'm aiming for a 'normal' BMI, so I've revised it down!

Started off a size 20 6 months ago and am now a 12, so I'm happy with that, (I'm 5 foot 6), but now it's annoying me that my BMI is still 'overweight', although I look fine - so I'm keeping going!

if you fell good look good and feel happy why lose any more just because of what some chart says?

well done on your weight loss iv started the anne collins well just bought it ill start after christmas
