ambabs Senior Member Thread Starter Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Iowa Posts: 193	boneless beef ribs Ok can someone help me I have looked and looked but I can't figure out how many calories would be in one simple boneless beef rib. No fuss no muss just one simple boneless beef rib cooked in a crock pot with the only additives being a packaged of onion soup mix and a cup of water. DOes anyone have any clue what this would be?
