Breakfast: Shredded wheat with skim, splenda, and a banana
Lunch: Healthy Choice Split Pea with Ham soup; grapes
Snack: FF cottage cheese and pineapple
Dinner: Mixed greens salad with tomato, mushrooms, and FF honey dijon; Turkey Thigh, Core mashed potatoes, and corn
Snack: Crustless Pumpkin Pie with FF cool whip
