This can be a terribly tricky day for me, so here goes:
Breakfast: shredded wheat and banana and ffmilk
lunch: turkey and potato and a smidge of Thanksgiving leftovers
snack: baked Lays potato chips
dinner: 1 slice pizza and a salad
Lots of points today but still much better than I would ordinarily have done.
