Well, Weight Watchers is essentially counting calories without
calling it that (I know, the POINTS formula is more complicated, but it all boils down to calories in the end). So if you want to switch it up, I'd suggest doing a couple of weeks of South Beach Phase One. That will force you to be ruthless in cutting out anything borderline in what you might be eating now, and you might find that it reforms your diet in a way. If you get inspired to work some of the ideas into your calorie counting, then so much the better--whole grains and lean protein never hurt a soul.
