I do Windsor pilates. I have the basic, accelerated, power scuplting, ps for bus/things, ps for abs. I really like them. Though I'm pretty overweight compared to you, I find they work great. I've got stronger, more flexible and my posture has improved. I belong to another site with a forum dedicated to pilates, they are all addict to it over there and they have had tremedous successes. The only one I'm having trouble with is the accelerated and that's a 50 min workout with moer advanced moves but it sure builds a good sweat for me and some moves I can't do yet. I work out with these almost everyday or every other day depending on my week. i too find them addicting, I also have a Stott pilates, toned abs and endurance which is good too and 30 minutes. I'm going to try and do the accelerated one every saturday when I have more time. HTH
