I've been missing for quite a while, I know.
Lots of craziness going on in life...I've REALLY fallen off the weight-loss/exercise bandwagon like y'all would not believe. BUT, I decided to get back in control of things today, starting logging my food on fitday again, have planned some exercise opportunities, etc...SO I'm back!!
Somehow by the grace of God I have managed to actually lose a pound or so over the last 3-4 weeks even though I've been eating horribly...let's hope that once I get back on track those pounds will keep on meltin off!! I can't wait to add another moo!!
