My day so far:
Breakfast: 2 pkg instant oatmeal, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: Froufie's soup (barley/beef/tomato from the freezer), ff milk, cut up veggies (cauliflower, cucumber, red pepper) w/dip, 1 apple
Snack: 1 apple, 1/2 c. sf/ff yogurt
Dinner: no idea!!! taking dd dancing at 6 pm - then to the movies for 7 - may pick up a salad or something on the way? or maybe an omelette at home if I have time!
