I did week1/installment one of couch to 5k last night and week1/installment2 this morning. I'm playing catchup this week to get me back on track. Normally it would just be on MWF for it. If I feel up to it I will walk during the biggest loser but it's not on my actual I really really want to/need to do list this week.

Dawnyal - Good to have you back... although I've been gone the same amount of time as you! We gotta do this! Exercise is so important! I know you can do it, just don't overdo it, or you will want to quit... or thats what happens with me anyways. So how can we keep eachother accountable? Can I help you in any way? Since we both are struggling, I just want to see if somehow we can kick eachothers bum back into things..

Today I did 2 Miles WATP fat burner, I haven't done it for a week.. it was pretty hard, and I don't feel better for doing it... lol.

Don't I know it. I was just thinking last night as I was walking/jogging that exercise is the ONE thing I CAN control. There are times when I just eat whatever/whenever but I can make myself do 10 minutes of exercise. Many times 10 minutes turns into an hour without me thinking about it. Plus if I exercise more I can eat more

LOL about not feeling better doing it.

Look at all this exercise going on in here.

I was going to do my c-5k regime this morning but my inner fat chick told me it was way too cold (like 25°) and I agreed with her. Instead I'm going to do the thing tonight before dinner when it will be closer to 40 since I've never run in the cold before. I didn't want to shock my system. If I do fine tonight then I'll go ahead and get up in the morning for the week 3/routine 1.

I have to admit. I WAS NOT going to exercise today. I just didn't feel like it. But it seemed no matter what thread I went to everyone was talking about working out today. I took it as a sign and got off my lazy behind and did something. I did Billy Blanks Basic Bootcamp and I feel so much better. Thank you everyone who indirectly pushed me to exercise today.
