Default Purchasing Weights for Home Use

I am unable to join a fitness center at this time. I'd like to purchase some weights..I saw a set 5lb, 10lb & 20lb, do you think that's good enough to start with?

Yeah that's cool to start off with. Can you get some with plates so that they're adjustable, that way you don't have to buy new ones when you go up a size?!

I currently have a set of Dbs and a barbell, however I mainly use my DBs, cos they're easier to sling around and change the plates on. I only use my BB for stiff legged deadlifts which I have stopped doing since I got a nice dodgy back!
