Anyone who weighed in this week, please let the group know how much you lost and how much in total since beginning Jillian's program. Good luck!

My weigh-in is now on Saturday due to my check-in with mentor. This week I lost 1.5 pounds. Combined with last week the total is 7 pounds.

no weight loss this week - which i expected as i have really only been implementing calorie, oxidizer based eating and not much exercise. on the plus side - no gain either

I lost 2 lbs. last week with my first week of the workouts. I am following a slightly different diet than Jillian's, but it consists of about 1350 cals a day with a couple days just a little higher. I have been dieting and exercising pretty strictly for the last 2 months so to have a 2 lb. loss for the week was a great testament to this workout plan. It is very aerobic for me and working both upper and lower body on the same day seems to have the merits Jillian discusses in her book of burning more calories.

Congratulations, everyone!

I keep re-reading what Jillian wrote about this though ... any time I really think it should be faster. "There's no deadline. Just commit to the process and take it day by day."

Hi everyone,
I weighed in on Saturday and couldn't believe a 3 pound lost. I have to attribute it to the workouts. Hoping to keep the pounds coming off. This weekend was a bad eating time but getting back on track today.

I weighed myself today. Starting weight is 198. I was 202 1 or 2 weeks ago, so I'm going down! Hopefully it's not just fluctuations. I'm making small changes to change my life. This is not just a diet for me, so hopefully, I will keep incorporating Jillian's changes into my life.
