I had my LAWL consultation yesterday. I have over 100 pounds to lose. I've tried (almost) everything and am praying this is the final plan that I'll ever be on - because I will be successful!
Anyway, today was Day 1 of my TakeOff and tomorrow is Day 2. I have an appointment tomorrow to get my plan, as well.
Do you have any favorite tips to share to make it through the first days/weeks?
I agree with everything that Mary said. I will add to always carry some LA Lite bars on you. Sometimes things happen and won't be able to get to the "right" food. This helps me stay on track.
Also, use your counselors as a resource. I know some people haven't had the best luck at their centers. However, I'm blessed to be at a good center. My counselors have helped me immensely.
Welcome and good luck! I've lost nearly 5 lbs in a week and a half. One thing that's helping me...lowfat mozzarella string cheese. 2 of those is a daily dairy serving, and a great snack!
