I've been using it for the past four days as a breakfast replacement and usually eat a piece of fruit with it. It's probably too soon to tell if it's actually working for me, but the Optima shake is only a 3 on the WW point scale
I also find that if I drink it around 9:00 a.m., I'm not hungry again until around 12:30, so I believe it's filling me up enough to not want to much in between breakfast and lunch. So, I think it's working to a certain extent for me. Have you checked out their site? They have a lot of tools, recipes and forms for tracking. Good luck to you!
