keeping in mind that I work at night, I eat most of what I eat about 1:30 Am and then when I get up again.
at work:
2 cups chicken veggie soup homemade (chicken and turkey, black beans, canned diced potatoes, frozen mixed vegetables)
fruit fluff (cottage cheese, cheesecake pudding, can of fruit cocktail including the fluid)
1 can of peaches (packed in water sweetened with splenda)
grapes
Breakfast
1 apple
3 eggs
1 boneless pork chop
Dinner
2 cups vegetable soup (as above)
1 smoothie made with 1 cup skim milk, 5 slices of canned peaches, one dollop of sugar free vanilla syrup and 5 frozen strawberries.
Will probably have some fruit on my way to work.
