From someone who has "purposely-mistakenly" cheated on starches (I often overfill my cup with the 1/3c of pasta and if there is a little rice left over in the pot, might as well not let it go to waste...I know I am terrible

I doubt you will see much of a problem. think about Carb cravers, if you did your 3 starches, plus had one of them you would end up with 4 carbs and that is legal. (although you sacrifice protein calories for that) As long as you had an accurate portion you should be fine, and like Mary said, you ate, it's over, let go of the guilt, beacuase thankfully, your body fogives your mess-ups, and my "on purposes" and lets us start fresh again the next day. and wow, great job on gettin gall of that water in. I am trying to get a daily 6-16L and I rarely make that goal
