Guess I can start!
Breakfast: just finishing my VAT of plain oatmeal, ff french vanilla cream and 1/2 sliced banana (the other half was icky!, and decaf - my favorite breakfast of the week it seems!
Lunch: LO 1/2 steak, spaghetti squash, mixed veggies

Snack: 1/2 c. lf cottage w/strawberries
Dinner: going out w/gf from out of town - a bit apprehansive as I'm not sure where we're going - will try for Red Lobster or Big Daddy's crabshack so I can eat fish! Will try and behave myself!
...oh yes and there is a big box of donut holes within eyesight which I am going to avoid of course
