Default Lose inches?

Are there any methods/exercises that can be done to lose inches off the abs/back/waist/thigh areas? Or will just normal weight loss exercises do?

Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce off a certain area. Too bad, huh? As you lose fat it will come off all over and you'll be able to see muscular definition if you worked all those groups (abs, arms, legs etc..) Good luck!!

No magic in losing weight, unfortunately. Just lots of hard work, healthy eating, exercise like cardio and weight training. Weight training is very important because those muscles will rev you metabolism and burn more calories, cardio is just as important to burn calories and keep your heart healthy. Most important of all though is unprocessed eating eat as close to nature as possible...

thanks ladies for the input! I really appreciate it! I am going to check my measurements on Sunday evening to see if the numbers changed. Hopefully they went DOWN and not the other way! LOL
