I'm lookin' for more information. When did you start counting calories and how quickly have you lost? are you weak, are you hungry, are you tired?can I peak in your fitday?
Is it because you are full before you reach your calorie goal and don't want to eat while you aren't hungry? If that is the case then I would suggest that you add a few light but calorie dense snacks to your diet. Nuts (almonds are my favorite) peanut butter, avocados, etc. are all good examples. If you are using a lot of fat free or reduced calorie products you might consider switching to the regular version.

How many calories are you after? Jawsmom has good tips there. You probably just need to find some small, dense things to add or substitute.
