I know its prob a small goal but its something. HIGH INTENSITY HERE I COME!!
Can't wait till my others come, I ordered Billy Blanks Bootcamp, Oxycise, Denise Austin Cardio, and a Richard Simmons Cardio came with it.
I am looking into the exercise ball since it looks like a load of fun
