Wow - this pie is unbelievably yummy: (I found it at SWalmart - Kraft/SB recipe): 24 oz LF cottage cheese
1 pkgs fr. ch. spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. RF Mozz cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 jar (7oz) roasted red pepper (I didn't have)
1/2 c grated parmesan
1 tsp dried oregano
Bake at 350 for 40 mins until center is set - in greased 9 inch pie pan
wouldn't this be good w/ RF feta, too? Enjoy SB chicks!!!!!
