Wink Why wait for Monday...Giving it another go, with your help
Starting back with phase 1, I did this one before and it worked, but I went a little crazy when I added the carbs back after staying on phase 1 for too long (6 weeks.) This time i think I'll do it for just the 2 weeks.

I am hoping that these boards will help, everyone seems so supportive
