Default Nori

Hey everyone,

I couldn't see it on the list, unless its known as another name. But I'm wondering.....is Nori (seaweed used in sushi) allowed on P1?

Thx

Well, a strip of dried seaweed is only one calorie so it's got to be OK. A cup has only 31 calories.

I can't imagine sea vegetables being banned. They are highly nutritious and low in calories.

oh ok sea vegetables. i did see that on the list as being ok but i wasn't certain whether it was the same thing is nori.

well i went ahead and used it in my newest creation of spicy shrimp rolled in nori and bean curd skins. really yummy. i'd post the recipe but well i don't measure things so i find it really hard to 'create' recipes. i'm a (soon-to-be) culinary student and cook so i usually do things by taste not measurements.
