WP = Wendie Plan
and
SHD = Super High Day?

There is a sticky with all the information you're looking for on the WW board.

I do WP and it is the only way I've found to lose any weight. Don't fear the SHD. I am physically ill the next day and have to force myself to eat the bare mininum of points.
