I just had a revelation! I've stopped hiding the sweet snacks for my kids. I used to go into the kitchen to get something (oreos, little debbies, icecream) and hide the fact from my kids so that I wouldn't have to share it with them :blush: Now, we have less sweet snacks in the house, and the ones we get I let the kids have.
Great job! It is always awesome when you realize you have changed your whole mindset about something. It truly shows how far you have come in your head - which is more important with losing weight than your body!
diamond girl I thought I was the only one who did that. I too have stopped hiding the junk and it's amazing the amount of money I save now that I'm not buying it for myself.
I don't hide the junk food from my Kids anymore
