Default No sonic for me

I am so pleased with myself, and there is no one home to tell. I over came the urge to go to Sonic. I wanted a diet, vanilla, cherry coke and knew if I went to Sonic to get it that I would probably get something to eat. I wrestled with the idea for and hour then finally made myself a diet coke with a drop of vanilla in it and made a healthy choice for lunch.
One small victory at a time.
Hope everyone is having a great Saturday.

I actually should buy stock in Torani Sugarfree syrups. I buy the vanialla one for diet colas and a bunch of fruity ones for iced teas. Yummmm.

Yay Joyce! Congratulations, I know how hard that must have been, and I'm proud of you for not giving in! One baby step at a time, right?

I buy Davinci surger free syrup for my coffee in the coffe isle but the varieties are limited. I'd love to hear more about Torani, and where you can get them. Inquiring minds want to know!!

Good for you Joyce. That is awesome. I know how hard it is to resist the fast food temptation. I still struggle with it from time to time but it has become a lot easier as time goes.

Thanks for the pat on the back guys,
My good choices are slowly paying off. I like the numbers on the scale this morning. That report can wait for my weigh in day.
I am sure it will become easier as time goes on. Every road on my way to anywhwere I need to be has a fastfood place. It is not easy to avoid them.
Where might a person find, Davinci surger free syrup or Torani Sugarfree syrup? I have never heard of them. Could flavor you water with it?

The Davinci Gourmet site, at the sugarfree page
http://www.davincigourmet.com/page.php?page=742

a Low-carb site that sells them
http://www.low-carb.com/davgoursugfr.html

You can't buy Torani syrups directly from Torani online, but they have a page where you can ask for info on a distributer near you.
http://www.torani.com/find/seeking.shtml

Here are two sites that do sell Torani syrups online
http://homecoffeeservice.com/torani.php
http://www.alldietfoods.com/torani-syrups.html

wtg on avoiding them. I'm the same way as you. What would start out as a low calorie drink would turn into a 1000 calorie+ meal.

I've seen the Torani syrups for sale in Gourmet Cup coffeeshops (not sure if they have them in the US).

They have Torani in the US - I've bought them before in the regular grocery store.
