I wanted to go ahead and get this thread going. I thought it would help me get busy planning! I will come back and post my menu in a bit!

Ok, I have a plan now!

Breakfast - scrambled eggs, LO steak and onions sauteed in pam
Lunch - popcorn
Supper - BBQ pork chops, (1pt sauce), Sauteed potatoes w/peppers & onions, Brussel sprouts
Dessert - Core cobbler using frozen peaches w/cool whip free

b--i tried one of the new core pancake recipes over on the recipe board. i may try a different one tomorrow. i doubt i'll make this one again. it was too heavy. i want light and fluffy.
s--grapes--for real! i finally ate those little buggers!
l--pinto beans, ketchup, corn on the cob, onions and tomato slices
