Hello everyone! I just joined the forum, but have been following it for quite some time now. I have been on the beach this go round since last Tuesday and am doing quite well, suprisingly. Since I am only wanting to lose 10 pounds right now, I started in a strict phase 2. I know that is a no-no in most people's eyes, but I tried phase 1 over and over and always end up messing it up. My main goal is to adopt a healthier way of eating, and I really like the south beach principles. Nice to meet you all! I feel like I know some of you, since I have been reading posts for so long!
