I was up early as usual, so I thought I would get us started on the menus for today.
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, LO steak & hashbrowns (1 pt)
Lunch - Ruby Tuesdays Sirloin steak, sugar snap peas & baked potato w/butter (3pts)
Supper - grilled chicken, Roasted veggies (turnips, carrots, onions, squash, red peppers, onion)
Dessert - "Apple Pie" (cinnamon & splenda tossed sliced apples sauteed in Pam & tossed with puffed rice)

That seems like alot doesn't it! I always try to make sure that I am eating at least 20 pts. I have found that if I try to cut way back all the time that I don't lose. Your body thinks it is starving, so it starts conserving your fat to get you through it. I know that I cannot subsist on a very low-cal diet forever, so I might as well learn to eat within the boundaries of what I need without overindulging. Yall Please make sure you are eating enough to stay healthy!
