Default vacation question??????

a week from this Friday I will be SF (the homeland) for family reuinon, I will be 3 days to go on P1 should I just plan on starting P2 , as I feel I will have a really hard time staying on P1 during vacation, but I feel I can be successful on P2 any advice

I started p2 a few days early because I had gone several days without any cravings and figured I was ready to start adding different things back into my diet. If you think you would stick to SB better moving to p2 on your vacation then I would. Good luck!!!

Plumeria, I would move to Ph2... with care.... try not to add too many ph2 items at once... see how your body reacts to the food.. sometimes folks report cravings after eating fruit or whatever...Drink your H20 and have fun!!

I went on vacation to an amusement park 3 days after switching to phase 2. It was much easier to stay on the plan (did have some minor pitfalls though) than it would have been on Phase 1!!
I enjoyed having fruit and that was my main lifesaver when it came to sweets in general as I felt pretty satisfied after having some fruit!

Fruit has given me my worst cravings so far...I mean wanting fruit...lol not getting cravings after eating it!
It all tastes so wonderful!!! Especially strawberries!! Yummm.
