Weekly Weigh in 7/29 - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

HI ladies,

Yes, I know, it's the 28th and not the 29th but I'm leaving on vacation so I thought I'd post now. I hated to post on last week's thread since the new weigh in is tomorrow anyway. So, here we are!
I actually did it. I don't know how but I am down to 162.75 which meets my 163 goal! I am so excited! I was actually up over a pound last week because of TOM so being down to BELOW my goal is excellent. I was talking myself into being happy if I was just 163.9 because that's still technically 163, right?? (not really I know) but I don't have to worry about it! Yay me! So that's a 2.25 loss since last Friday which is UNHEARD of for me. The most I've EVER lost in a week was 1.5 pounds.

I hope everyone has a good week without me. I'll miss you all *sniff sniff*

I've already posted this in my pityparty thread but my weigh-in day is wednesday.. and I was down 1.5lbs to 210.

I'm weighing in at 141 today! Down an amazing TWO pounds this week! Yay! This makes up for the extra weeks I spent at 144 I guess.
