Feel like I"m treading on thin ice today - coming to work all I could think of were luscious cinammon buns and muffins and donuts and it was all I could do to control myself when I got here, avoid the coffee shops and head upstairs! Still no TOM and I'm feeling yucky!
Breakfast: 1/2 c. lf cottage cheese/pineapple mix, decaf w/light cream
Snack: 1 banana, 18 oz water
Lunch: LO chicken stirfry (teriyaki chicken pieces w/onions, peppers, zucchini, carrots and mushrooms)
a huge vat of red cherries
Snack: cut up veggies (cucumber slices, red pepper and baby carrots) w/onion dip
Dinner: no idea - bet dh has not defrosted anything? Will need to call him to discuss!
Scale down a bit today (Tuesday = 199.8, Wed = 198.6) but this is nekkid and empty so I highly doubt I can get back to where I was last saturday am! Sigh......what a battle!
