Is it better to do 60 minutes on the eliptical or to break it up and do 30 on the eliptical and 30 on a bicycle???

walked home, 1 mile
Latte, I think it depends what you are going for. If you just want 60 minutes of cardio, it doesn't really matter. If you want to work a wider variety of muscles, I'd say break it up (or do elliptical one day, bike the next, etc).
