Default Rotel Tomatoes

are we allowed to use a can of rotel tomatoes in our cooking? it's just diced tomatoes and green chilies.

ingredients : tomatoes w/ juice, chopped green chile peppers, less 2% salt, citric acid, spice

3g sugar
1g fiber
4g carb
20 cal
fat cal 0

it does have a booty load of sodium, but like 1/2 or even 1/3 can in that taco bake recipe in the forum? it calls for tomato paste and green chili peppers......essentially the same thing

Sure thing. The sugar listed in the nutritional breakdown is fructose from the tomatoes.
