Yes, I know...I have no shame!!!

So far it's turning out to be a great one!

Up at 6:30 a.m. with the sun and the birds. Had my coffee and then jumped in to do 150 laps.

My 2 dear sons had peach and orange roses hidden in the fridge downstairs and gave them to me this morning with a beautiful card and most importantly...((((HUGS)))).

Going out for all 3 meals with various combinations of family and friends and I am feeling the love!

Have a great day everyone...I mean, I only turn 44 once! Do something fun and crazy!!!

Geez, first you decide to change the course of your life and then you think you can change how things work around here too! I guess I'll let it go this time seeing as you young people like to break away from convention
